The challenge

What usually holds international growth back.

For many hospitals and clinics the gaps are on the business side, not the clinical side.

01

Uneven demand

Patients arrive from a few sources, so volume rises and falls with one agent or one market.

02

Cases that are hard to track

Inquiries, quotations and follow-ups sit across phones, chats and spreadsheets.

03

Unclear costs

Commissions and referral fees are hard to see case by case, so the real cost of each patient is unclear.

04

A team that is stretched

Not enough interpreters, coordinators or marketing staff for the markets you want to serve.

How Thailux works

Network, process and reporting, connected.

We bring patients through an existing referral network, connect every case to your team, and report on each one so you can check the results.

01 / NETWORK

Access an active referral network

165 referral agents in Thailand and abroad, plus embassy channels, already sending patients from 13 markets. We recruit, brief and manage them for you.

02 / PROCESS

Connect each case to your team

Response standards, quotations, interpreters, coordinators, airport pickup and transfers, working inside your hospital’s own workflow.

03 / REPORTING

Report what happened to every case

A shared case list with status, agent commissions and a monthly report, so your management can verify results and costs.

Clear roles.No grey areas.

  • Your hospital decides all medical matters: assessment, treatment, quality and clinical governance.
  • Thailux operates the business side we are engaged for: referral network, non-clinical coordination and reporting.
  • Both sides approve scope, case rules, fees and reporting before work begins.

Transparency
written into the work.

Thailux works with several hospitals. These rules decide where a patient is referred, and they are shared with every partner.

Where patients are referred

Our referral rules

  • We recommend the hospital best able to treat the case.
  • If two are equally suitable, our main partner hospitals are offered first.
  • If it is still equal, the patient chooses between two hospitals.
  • We decide on clinical fit, capacity, language and quoted price, never on commission.
  • Our fee is the same for hospitals in the same city.
What you can verify

Your reporting

  • The full list of cases we referred
  • The status of every case
  • Agent commissions, case by case
  • A monthly report to your management
  • Where cases went and why
Before we work together

Questions hospital leaders usually ask.

Straight answers to the questions that come up in a first meeting.

Why not build our international business ourselves?

You can, and some hospitals do. Working with Thailux gives you access to a referral network that is already active in 13 markets, plus trained interpreters and coordinators, while your own team keeps control of medical care.

What does it cost?

Fees are agreed for each scope after a first discussion. Depending on the service, they can include a fixed fee, a monthly fee and a performance-linked part. Agent commissions are always reported separately, case by case.

Whose case is it when a patient is referred?

Case attribution rules, including how duplicate inquiries are handled, are written into the agreement before referrals start. Every case we refer appears on your shared case list.

You work with other hospitals. How do you avoid conflicts?

We follow published referral rules: best clinical fit first, main partner hospitals first when equally suitable, then patient choice. We never refer on the basis of commission, and our fee is the same for hospitals in the same city. Exclusivity is possible for co-managed partnerships.

What happens to our existing international team?

Your team stays in place. Thailux staff work alongside them in the roles agreed for the engagement, and staff placed in your hospital work only for your hospital.

Who is responsible for medical decisions?

Your hospital and its licensed clinical team keep full responsibility for medical assessment, treatment, quality and clinical governance. Thailux handles business development and non-clinical coordination.

How do we end the partnership if it does not work?

Notice periods and the handover of open cases are written into the agreement before work begins, so both sides know how the partnership ends.

How is patient information handled?

Patient information is shared only through the channels and permissions agreed with your hospital, following your policies and Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act. Please do not send patient details through this website.
